Responsibilites
The Directors have specific experience of the sectors in which the Company is proposing to seek acquisitions. They also have experience of making acquisitions and they will use this experience to identify appropriate targets,carry out due diligence and negotiate acquisitions. They will be able to call on independent expertise in those sectors. They will not be drawing any remuneration until the Company makes an acquisition.
