Joanne Cutmore - Director
Ms Joanne Cutmore started her career in telecommunications at Vodafone and Lucent Technologies followed by two dot-com start-up companies. Moving into the finance sector in 2003, she gained experience in mortgages, protection and debt management where she published a book and articles on UK consumer debt.
For the past 3 years she has specialised in the creation, securitisation and modelling of life settlement bond structures.
Simon Sacerdoti - Director
Mr Simon Sacerdoti qualified as a chartered accountant in 1996 with Levy Gee (now part of RSM Tenon), before moving into the corporate finance team at BDO Stoy Hayward in 1997, where he was involved in a wide range of transactions, specialising in advising high-tech and Internet businesses on fund-raising and flotation’s. Since 2004, Simon has concentrated on working with entrepreneurial businesses (both public and private) and for a number of years acted as Nominated Adviser to a portfolio of AIM companies. Recently, Simon co-founded WeSwap.com Limited, a company which is building an innovative peer to peer travel money business. Simon has an MA in Mathematics from Balliol College, Oxford University.
Matthew Benjamin Krock - Director
Mr Krock, aged 32, started his career as a foreign currency dealer and, in 2007, became a financial consultant and analyst to an international mining and drilling contractor where he worked closely with the CFO.
In 2011, Mr Krock founded The Rule of 35 Ltd, a financial advisory and consultancy business to high net worth individuals. In 2013, Mr Krock was appointed the finance director to Private Trading Systems plc responsible for managing the restructuring of the business and the implementation of a new sales and marketing strategy.
Julian Seidman, Chief Financial Officer
Mr Seidman is a chartered accountant with considerable experience in fast moving entrepreneurial entities together with considerable exposure to capital raising and M & A activities. He has held senior financial positions within listed companies including Carlton Communications plc, Future Electronics Inc. and Betacom plc and latterly has been providing services to a wide range of companies through FD Solutions Limited.
